A 30-minute drive down to Hermosa Beach this Memorial Day Weekend will give you a Memorial Day you will never forget. The Fiesta Hermosa is Largest Arts & Crafts Fair in Southern California, featuring approximately 300 artists including painters, photographers, ceramicists, jewelers, sculptors, and handicrafters.
Once there you can choose from a wide selection of cuisine in the food court. The AB InBev-sponsored Charity Beer & Wine Garden offers beer, wine and beeritas with proceeds benefiting a number of local charities. Families have plenty of activities to keep the kids happy. The Kiddie Carnival features a 30-foot slide, mechanical rides and games for kids from 3 to 10 years old. Fiesta Siesta is a staffed, secure Mommy zone, where diapers can be changed, babies can be nursed, water can be found, and mommies can freshen up and just relax.
Fiesta Hermosa takes place Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends. The annual festival is located in downtown Hermosa Beach on Pier Plaza, Hermosa Avenue, and lower Pier Avenue.

This Saturday, April 15th, at 11:00 am, head on over to Barnes and Noble for a very special Spring Story time.
The book that is featured for this story time is Too Many Carrots by Katy Hudson, when Rabbit collects too many carrots, which leave him unable to sleep in his cozy burrow, other animals offer to share their homes. Will Rabbit make his way back? There will be some great activities and springtime coloring to follow.
Also at 11:30 they will have another story time and an author signing for I Am So Lucky! by Sharon Insul.
