Simple and Easy Spring Cleaning Hacks

No one likes to spring clean, but just like many other things in life, its something that must be done–especially if you are planning on getting your security deposit back at the end of your lease. Here are three spring cleaning tips to try the next time your clean.

Air vents: clean the air vents in your bathroom and anywhere else with a butter knife, rag and some 409. Put the butter knife on top of the rag and spray some solution on it. Slowly work your way into the slits of the vents and get them clean.
 
Kitchen cabinet gunk: kitchen cabinets can get messy and oily, so grab some baking soda and vegetable oil and scrub the cabinets with a toothbrush. The solution will leave the cabinets looking like new.
 
Leather: if you have leather couches or chairs, get out scratches and scuffs with some shoe polish. The leather will look like new once you are done.
